One Work Can Tell

- Immersion and Reflection

THE ONE PIECE OF ART is a signature exhibition project presented by ARTBN, introducing a single work by each of ten selected artists through close and thoughtful collaboration. Spanning painting, installation, photography, and video, each piece may stand as a major work or embody an unprecedented artistic experiment.

The constraint of “one” is not a mere formal device, but a point of departure for fundamental questions about the nature of art itself. This exhibition emphasizes depth over quantity, meaning over form, creating a symbolic space where the artist’s originality, the context of the time, and the viewer’s interpretation converge through a single object.

Accompanying each work is more than a caption: the artist’s studio notes and critical reflections are presented through immersive visual media, allowing viewers to experience the artist’s world in a more layered and profound way.

THE ONE PIECE OF ART proposes a way of seeing that is slow, immersive, and contemplative. Simultaneously, it expands beyond the physical space through ARTBN’s custom-built online platform, offering a VR exhibition that opens up a sustainable and limitless encounter with art beyond spatial limitations.

Each participating artist brings a different question to the table, and their single work becomes a response to how art exists and speaks. It is through this singular piece that an artist, a moment in time, and the gaze of a viewer intersect to create a dense and meaningful space.

A deep experience that begins with a single work.
